How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing depends upon the number of rooms, size of the home, number of people, number of pets, and condition of the home.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No! Because we are fully insured, bonded and do thorough background screening you can rest assured knowing that your home is safe and in trusted hands while you are not there.
How do You gain access to my home?
Because we cater to busy people like yourself 80% of our customers are not home when we come and they either
- Leave a key in a safe place
- Give us an alarm or garage code
- Give us a key to take with us
- Leave the door unlocked
What services do you offer?
Recurring service on a weekly, biweekly, tri-weekly and every 4 weeks basis, deep cleaning, move in or move out cleaning and office cleaning scheduled Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 4:00
Are cleaning supplies included?
We bring all of our own equipment and supplies. We use cleaning solutions which are safe for wood, granite, stainless, tile and most other surfaces.
How do I prepare for my cleaning?
Put away any clutter on surfaces and floors so that our teams can clean all areas unobstructed. Any uncontained clutter will be cleaned around to the best of our ability.
What do I do with my pets during visits?
All our teams are pet-friendly. As long as your fur babies are okay with people being in the home, their usual routine is okay.
What if I forget to leave access on cleaning day?
This is called a lockout. Lock outs put us in jeopardy of having a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by someone else. All lockouts will be automatically charged a $75 fee to the credit card on file.
What if I need to cancel a cleaning?
As long as you cancel prior to 48-hour business days, there will be no issues. Any cancellation within a 48-hour business day is automatically charged $30 to the credit card on file.
How do I stop service? Do you have contracts?
There are no contracts at Affordable Maids® and you can cancel at any time as long as you give us a 48-hour business day cancellation notice.
Should I tip my house cleaning team?
Tips are always appreciated. Out teams are hardworking, friendly and reliable employees who go the extra mile on every cleaning. Teams will receive 100% cash tips left. Any credit card tips will be taxed accordingly.
